By using this website, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website.
These Terms do not govern the provision of our advisory, reporting, certification, or assessment services. Where we are engaged to provide services, that engagement is governed by our separate Terms and Conditions for Services, which will be provided to you as part of that engagement and which take precedence over this page for any matter relating to that engagement.

2. Who We Are
Aqualis Carbon Advisory is an independent Australian climate advisory firm based in Perth, Western Australia. We help organisations across Australia with AASB S2 reporting, GHG emissions inventories, Life Cycle Assessment, Environmental Product Declarations, Climate Active certification, net zero strategy and independent carbon offsets guidance. This website exists to explain what we do, share practical guidance through our Insights section, and provide a way for organisations to get in touch with us.
3. Using This Website
You are welcome to browse, read, and share content from our website for personal or professional reference. Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Aqualis Carbon Advisory name and brand marks, is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright.

4. General Information, Not Advice
The content on this website, including material published in our Insights section, is provided for general informational purposes only. It reflects our understanding of relevant standards and regulatory requirements (such as AASB S2, ISO 14025, the GHG Protocol, and the Climate Active Carbon Neutral Standards) at the time of publication, but these standards and requirements change, and website content may not always reflect the most current version.
Nothing on this website constitutes formal advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for engaging us, or another suitably qualified professional, to advise on your organisation’s specific circumstances. Where we provide formal advice or deliverables as part of an engagement, that advice is governed by our separate Terms and Conditions for Services, not by this website.
Our free Carbon Calculator provides an indicative estimate only, based on published Australian emission factors and the information you enter. It covers selected emission sources, is not a complete emissions inventory, and must not be relied on for formal reporting, certification or disclosure.
5. Intellectual Property
The Aqualis Carbon Advisory name, logo, and brand assets are our property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent. Reports, templates, frameworks, and other materials we develop as part of a client engagement remain subject to the intellectual property terms of our separate Terms and Conditions for Services.
