We’re here for you. Our team can help you tailor a measurement, reporting and reduction strategy that fits the needs of your organisation and is grounded in verifiable, technical evidence.
Learn MoreWho We Are and What We Do
Australian organisations are navigating a fast-moving web of climate obligations, from mandatory AASB S2 disclosures to voluntary Climate Active certification, net zero commitments and growing pressure to prove that offsetting claims stack up. Aqualis Carbon Advisory was founded in Perth, Western Australia, to give organisations a single, independent partner across the full breadth of that work, rather than forcing them to piece together advice from certifiers, brokers and generalist consultants with their own commercial interests at stake.
Our name reflects that approach. Aqualis draws on the Latin for water, evoked in our logo’s rising droplet, a symbol of clarity, movement and growth. We bring the same qualities to climate advisory: clear technical analysis, forward momentum on genuine emissions reduction, and sustainable growth for the organisations we work with.
We work across governance, strategy, measurement, certification and reporting, covering AASB S2 reporting, Climate Active certification for organisations and for products and services, GHG emissions inventories, life cycle assessment, environmental product declarations, net zero strategy and carbon offsets guidance. Whatever stage of the climate journey you are at, we can meet you there with the technical depth to get it right.

Our Core Values and Approach
Five principles guide every engagement we take on, regardless of which service you come to us for.
Precision
We commit to robust, evidence-based methodologies across GHG inventories, life cycle assessment and every other service we deliver, producing accurate carbon accounting that stands up to scrutiny from auditors, regulators and assurance providers. Every figure and every claim is built on defensible methodology aligned with the GHG Protocol and ISO standards, with particular rigour applied to mandatory AASB S2 disclosures and Environmental Product Declarations.
Pragmatic Sustainability
We focus on realistic, commercially viable carbon reduction strategies and measurable environmental outcomes rather than superficial claims. The same pragmatism carries through our AASB S2 disclosures and Environmental Product Declarations, where we prioritise information that is genuinely decision-useful over box-ticking compliance. If a measure does not stack up operationally or financially, we say so, rather than dressing it up as a solution.
Full-Spectrum Support
From first GHG inventory through to mandatory AASB S2 financial disclosure, Environmental Product Declarations and carbon offsetting, we cover the full climate advisory spectrum, so your data and your story stay consistent as your programme matures.
Plain English, Defensible Detail
Climate reporting is technical by nature, but your board, investors and customers should not need a glossary to understand it. We communicate clearly and translate rigorous analysis into language your stakeholders can act on and trust.
Independence and Objectivity
We do not sell carbon offsets, renewable energy certificates or any product our advice could be seen to favour. Our recommendations are shaped by evidence, not by what benefits us commercially.
Why Choose Aqualis Carbon Advisory
Generic consultancy firms often apply a templated sustainability framework across every client, regardless of sector or complexity. We built Aqualis to work differently.
